"We had a great time at our apartment, it was clean and modern The breakfast basket was a great surprise! Very generous! We had some communication problems about check-in and the breakfast, but it worked out well. Internet did not work in our apartment, which was disappointing."

"Misleading advertisement that showed there was a desk in the room (we reserved 4 rooms). We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold."

"The hosts were extremely helpful and greeted us even when we arrived late at night. Pur apartment was on the ground floor, so it was not hot, and it has a pretty yard to chill with table and a couch. Its a bit up on the hill, and the lake is about 10-15min walk. The condition is pretty basic, but still, it was confortable to sleep. And it had everything we needed for cooking. "

"Ein mit Leidenschaft renoviertes und ausgestattetes Objekt, mit wunderschönem eingezäumtem Garten, wo sich auch Vierbeiner sofort wohlfühlen. Viele kleine Details, wie "Willkommens-Teller" und Ausstattung, lassen keine Wünsche offen. Im Aussenbereich unter Pergola oder Liegestühlen kann man es sich sehr gemütlich machen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"Das „Apartmenthaus“ hatte bei Vermittlung durch FeWodirekt schon länger seine Geschäftstätigkeit eingestellt. Gras war schon in den Fugen zwischen den Pflastersteinen gewachsen. Eine Telefonnummer war nicht angegeben, so dass am Tag der Ankunft keine Kontaktaufnahme möglich war. Die wäre dringend notwendig gewesen, denn auch die Ortsangabe auf einem elektronischen Lageplan war fehlerhaft, so dass das Haus nur durch Zufall und Hilfe einer benachbarten Pension gefunden wurde. "First time in Hungary on business and room was comfortable and spacious. The room was clean, and the staff was the best most of all. They made us feel welcome and very accommodating at reception and at the restaurant. The restaurant had great food and desserts!! Just a wonderful group of people. It made my stay so much more memorable."

"I had an amazing time at Ensana Thermal Hévíz. The hotel is only a short walk from the lake and right next to a lovely park/forest. I had a room overlooking the park and the lake which was nice. The hotel has great facilities, and a large selection of both wellness and medical spa treatments. Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The food was nice and they had some vegetarian options and lighter/healthier meals too. The hotel also offers exercise classes during the day and social events most evenings. The only thing thing i didn't like was when they decided to drill holes into the ceiling in the spa area while it was still open and guests were still in the pools. I felt it could have been done outside of spa opening hours instead as it created a lot of noise and guests had to walk through debris falling from the ceiling. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and i will definitely be back."
