"Villa facility was very clean although the floor definitely needed to be mopped All communication was in French which is a minus - contact should be multi-lingual or at least in English as well Lack of breakfast was a big minus and local Tabac recommended for breakfasts was very dirty full of tobacco smoke and unclean so we did not eat there"

"We had a happy week in the house. There were plently of activities available. The property was very clean with adequate cooking equipment. We would have liked an additional toilet in the house for the 5 of us ( the property is advertised as accomodating 11 people). Two others are located in the pool and the annex, but not really available during the day."

"We had a wonderful holiday in this lovely house with peaceful and beautiful surroundings. The house has got everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Having en suite bathrooms for each bedroom was great and suited our group well. The house and grounds are very well maintained and so spacious. The pool kept the kids happy and entertained for hours! "Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Iouri et sa compagne ( même si celle-ci n'était pas présente durant notre séjour). Les chambres étaient agréables et les lits étaient confortables. Mon fils a bien profité de la piscine nettoyée tous les matins par Iouri. Il nous a également gratifié de petites attentions. "

"Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans la maison. Nous étions 2 mamans avec 4 enfants (10/11/14/15) Maison parfaite et conforme à l'annonce. Propriétaire très à l'écoute et très disponible du début à la fin (et même avant notre arrivée par téléphone). Il y a tous les équipements pour passer un bon moment. La piscine et le jacuzzi chauffés sont très propre. Le jardin aussi avec tous ce qu'il faut pour les enfants (ping pong, bagminton, pétanque, volley, vélos, jeux divers...) et faire oublier un temps...

Les points positifs le logement, grand terrain, la piscine sécurisée, jacuzzi, les transats, l’accès au jardin, belle terrasse, la propreté , l’équipement cuisine. "Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce gîte bien situé proche de Troyes. Le gîte est très propre, fonctionnel et calme et l'accueil réactif et chaleureux. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'espace extérieur avec terrasse, salon de jardin, barbecue et auvent, un jardin clos pour les jeunes enfants serait un plus. Attention également aux centrales de réservation qui pratiquent des prix assez différents. Au global nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous recommandons ce gîte."

"A wonderful welcome from very friendly ladies, the cottage is absolutely amazing in every way. Perfect quiet location, great amenities with a stunning heated pool. We would highly recommend this for families of friends. The only slight problem was that we were not aware towels would not be provided; there was no mention of this on the website (vrbo UK). We have stayed in France many times and not come across this before. Thank you for the most wonderful holiday and such happy memories....

"Good stay for the price. Pretty small room with no frills. A bit scruffy, but manageable for a single night stopover. We did have some trouble with the air con not functioning properly, which made for a very warm stay in late August, but at least we were able to leave the window open at times for some air (and road traffic noise). The parking situation was also a bit confusing (we weren't the only ones in the same situation), but we were able to resolve it in the end without too much headache; it just was an unwanted stress after a long day of driving."
