Appartement mal en point

L’appartement a subit des travaux et doit encore être rénové. Les photos ne sont pas conformes à la réalité notamment pour la chambre enfants qui n’est pas fonctionnelle: il n’y a pas de lit superposés comme sur la photo mais un lit tiroir qui empêche la circulation vers les toilettes et la salle de bain. Il y a beaucoup de mal façons : porte coulissante en mauvais état, tringle à rideau maintenue par un fil plastique et meuble de plaque électrique qui tombe sur le frigo. C’est limite. Pour le reste logement propre. Infos claires. Il faut juste revoir le concept d’aménagement intérieur !

L'annonce n'est pas clair ..il est indiqué 1 chambre ... Mais celle ci fait 6 mètres carrés et 1 seule personne peut y coucher. Le salon pas plus grand comprend le coin cuisine et lorsque le canapé est deplie il n'est plus possible de circuler ... Cet appartement est pour 2 personnes max

Appartement trop petit à 4 et un petit chien ,côté pratique nul si on deploie les 2 petits lits plus d'accès au toilette ,chaleur infernal meme en fermant les rideaux,aucune intimité quand tu vas au toilette, parking payant obligé de trouvé un parking gratuit après 4h30 de route encore tournée 30 minutes photos présentées pour location mensongère , bref une bonne galère je déconseille, pour deux personnes maximum sa pourrais le faire.

Si on déplie le lit on ne peut plus aller aux toilettes ou cuisine, pas pratique, Vmc bruyante, d accord en travaux mais pas avec enfants niveau sécurité fenêtres et rallonges, proximité plage bien, cordialement

Très déçu

Très déçu propriétaire a louer en doublon .il me propose un autre logement ok.ariver la bas plusvde réponse pour l'entre passer l'après midi a chercher une solution.pour enfin entrée dans le lieu et découvrir qu'il n'y avais que 3 (lits) alors qu'on était 4 j'ai demandé vu papier justifiant ma location que je n'ai jamais u ...même pas rencontrer le propriétaire (;trop occupé) vraiment déçu surtout pour ma fille qui rêver d aller voir les cerfs volants.je déconseille fortement.
