Staff in all areas were not friendly. Hotel smells like cigarette smoke everywhere. Air fresheners pumped in is really strong. Room was spacious. Hotel is in a convenient location.

Overall, great experience. There is definitely a difference between the hotels; meaning the amenities, views of city and services they offer. In ways it seems classist, but you dont feel as though you're being treated that way. I would stay again, however I would put a few extra dollars into the other side of the hotel and at least get a real view of the "city". It's on the declining end of the strip, so its not very walkable if you're wanting to get to the classic attractions. The bus is cheap and if you buy the 3day pass ONLINE, you can hop on and off throughout the city. Enjoy!

Everything was great

Lovely hotel, poor service at the front desk save for Roxanne. There are excessive wait times for check in, the self check-in kiosks were reported to be problematic as well. There was no staff available to provide information at check out as well. Take note, Paris only provides complimentary Wi-Fi for just two devices in this day and age. This was also problematic, because as soon as one device was connected, the system told me that my device limit was met. Also, different staff members will give you different information about their late check out options. The human element is sorely lacking at Paris Las Vegas.
