You can find everything you needed, a plus point to the laundry facilities, it was really good to have a dryer especially when we are travelling in winter time. "The property and room were fine, but due to the summer weather, we needed to keep the windows open for airflow. Unfortunately, our room faced the street, and it was a very busy street with traffic noice all night. For a future stay, I would request a room that is not street facing to minimize noice level."

"Wonderful house. Great Amenities and the Views are spectacular. Host was pleasant and responsive. Had a wonderful time in Chiemsee. Paddleboarded on the lake, Golfed at the the course and ate at and wonderful restaurant just up the street. Loved our time their. Great House and Host!"

"Preis/Leistung passt. Alles in allen eine saubere Wohnung mit kleinem Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge. Teppichböden muss man mögen, haben uns nicht gestört. Es ist ein Mehrfamilienhaus mit festen Bewohnern und Ferienwohnungen gemischt. Die Nachbarn/Bewohner im Haus (die wir getroffen haben) waren sehr freundlich und es ist sehr ruhig. Ein kleiner Negativpunkt ist der Zigarettengeruch im Flur, dafür kann aber der Vermieter nichts und in der Wohnung selbst ist davon auch nichts zu riechen. Wer also...

This was a good vantage place for the many local points of interest as well as an Herbstfest in Rosenheim, a day trip to Sazburg and to München. "Absolute Empfehlung! Eine Stunde Aufstieg zum Hotel mit toller Aussicht. Jeder Schritt hat sich gelohnt - die Unterkunft ist mit so viel Liebe und Charakter eingerichtet und es war rund um stimmig. Super gemütliches Zimmer und großer Aufenthaltsraum zum Entspannen. Sehr leckeres Essen - Frühstück und Abendessen sehr zu empfehlen. Der Saunabesuch war eine tolle Möglichkeit, den Aufenthalt ausklingen zu lassen! "

"Clean and comfortable family room. Great for short stay....but can imagine also to stay longer. Nice location and good selection of breakfast ...but be sure to come earlier as after 10AM the selection was limited."
