"Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Giselda front of house in the Breakfast restaurant was so welcoming it made me feel at home it was amazing how she remembered my name, prety impressive with the number of residents staying there in the hotel. "We were not given the large room we had deliberately booked, so 2 stars down just for that. The hotel is designed for conferences and large corporate events. During our stay it was virtually empty. In the lobby there are plenty of large, modern and uncomfortable chairs and sofas. I did not find somewhere relaxing to sit, certainly not in the room either. Breakfast was good and staff always had a smile."
