However, note that it is far from Bayonne and the area where it is located is basically in the middle of a field, with nothing around (no shops nor restaurants). Other than that, it is safe, has free parking, and good wifi. Rooms are okay, not small."

Wonderful Stay

"We had a terrific stay at Ken and Shona's rental. The house was full of character, very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen in a quiet and scenic neighbourhood. As cyclists, it was a great spot to launch a bike ride from with countless quiet backroads that were picturesque beyond belief. The house was close to all amenities and it was easy to busier roads/highways to travel to other towns and cities such as Pau, Bayonne etc. The pet donkeys were a special treat and we looked forward to seeing them in the mornings while drinking our coffee in the backyard. Shona and Ken were incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this house!"

"A large clean air conditioned room, access by lift with very helpful staff. The decoration was a little tired but acceptable and a good historic building. Parking in the public car park was not ideal. Limited evening meal menu but good breakfast. "
