"This accomadation was truly unique in that it gave direct easy access to the Balaton lake and also the main road with easy parking. It felt like home away from home with wonderful kitchen, incredible shower (often rare in Europe) and cozy amenities such as a swedish dry sauna and large screen TVs. The picnic basket breakfast were a special touch and complimentary use of the bikes was wonderful A great value overall and i would stay again... and again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in a lovely little ground floor apartment. We stayed for two nights with our 6 year old son. It was a cosy, loved and well-equipped flat with a big terrace. We had a lovely view to the lake Balaton, which was about 1 minute walk. The grounds and garden of the apartment blocks are exceptionally well kept and really beautiful, with lovely trees and ornamental shrubs and grasses. The communication with the agency was excellent. Highly recommended! "

"The owners are very friendly and helpful. Their cottage, where we stayed, is spotless, very stylish and cosy. In the garden you can enjoy the sound of the nature. Very, very recommended!"

"The actual place was nice. The check in process was challenging. We had to download an app and put in our passport information, etc. we didn’t have good internet service so it was very difficult. "We booked this accommodation relying on the filters from VRBO which indicated this was a two bed property with private pool. In fact this is a house split into 3 appartments so we had 7 adults and 3 children sharing the space. Our apartment had one bedroom. "I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms and common areas were very clean and tastefully decorated. The staff was very kind. There was a wide selection to choose from at dinner and breakfast. The food was super delicious and premium quality. Their morning coffee brand and the coffee machine could use some improvement. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return."

"It was wonderful, the hotel is located just minutes from the beach, breakfast was delicious with home backed goods. The hotel has a great wellness area with whirlpools, jacuzzi and saunas. Everything was clean and very good. The staff was professional and friendly at the same time. "

"After our 17 hours of flight it was a delight to spend our first day in this beautiful environment! Absolutely enchanting, peaceful and quiet! The staff of the hotel and the restaurant were amazing! Unfortunately the weather was terribly hot (went above 40 that day), but when we requested a fan in our room by the time we got back it was delivered. The restaurant was also first class. The food was delicious and the service was beyond our expectations! The waitresses might be young but don’t let that fool you, they were very professional! The castle grounds are beautiful, well kept and tranquil! We will definitely stop at Karolyi Kastely again our next visit to Hungary! Thank you for your hospitality and amazing service!"
