"I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions. It is very close to the Amsterdam Centraal Station and is within walking distance to the shopping area and night life. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Different rooms are available but if you wish to be looking at the ships going up and down the river or the trains then you need to book a room with a View. "

"Absolutely lovely hotel. The rooms were well designed with a charming view of the canal. I cannot overstate how beautiful the design of this hotel is. The lobby area is simply stunning. There are always coffee and treats available. And the staff at the on-site bar made you feel as though you had been staying with them for weeks. We were always greeted by name and offered our favorite beverages. We were able to participate in a canal cruise that departed from a gate just 2 minutes from the hotel. Also, just one street over is the oldest bakery in Amsterdam. You could almost smell the Stroopwafels from the lobby."

"This is one gem of a hotel! Clean, simple and with a lot of amenities. It’s also in walking distance from the Sloterdijk station making it a great place to stay either you want to go to city centre or the airport. Highly recommended!"

"It’s was such a great stay in Kimpton de Witt The hotel is in a great location close to all the main transport links in and out of Amsterdam We didn’t book breakfast in advance but we did eat in the open buffet twice (30€pp) which was lovely and fresh The only things that bother me in the room was that there is no enough light for hair and makeup. The room is quite dark , specially where there’s no light from the outside in the winter 😓 Overall , highly recommend!!"
