Don’t ever book here. Not sure you have a room…

Horrible experience. I was traveling to Berlin for one night and upon arrival I found the hotel front door closed. Apparently this is normal as there is no staff on hand unless there is a check-in due however this prompted me to give the hotel a call. The lady on the phone then (in a very rude manner) informed me that the booking I had had been cancelled by hotels.com and that there were no rooms available. I had not been informed of this and my booking was still listed as active and upcoming in the app. I called hotels.com and they informed me that they had not cancelled the booking. I was allocated a different hotel close by for the duration of my stay. However I strongly advise against booking at this hotel given that they apparently cancel bookings without notifying their customers or the vendor (hotels.com) in this case. If you want to be sure that your booked room is still available once you get to beeping don’t use city hotel Gotland.

Die Unterkunft ist ideal für einen Kurztrip nach Berlin. Preis-Leistung ist in Ordnung. Das Team jung und unkompliziert. Würde ich wieder so buchen.

Virkelig dårlig service

Modtagelsen ved ankomst var den dårligste modtagelse jeg har oplevet. Vi fik knappe og irriterede svar, blev anklaget for at betalingen var blevet afvist (vi kunne bevise overførslen fra vores bank) og fik ingen undskyldning. Morgenmaden kom vi slet ikke til, da det så for snusket og uhygiejnisk ud. Værelset var fint og man behøvede heldigvis ikke at gå forbi receptionen, når man skulle ud og ind af hotellet.

Yöpymiseen sopiva hotelli, aamupalalla pärjää seuraavalle etapille. Plussaa oma vessa, aamupalamahdollisuus, kohtuullinen sänky. Miinusta kolme eri avainta huoneeseen asti pääsemiseen, aikainen respan sulkeutuminen (mikä oli tosin kierretty avainlaatikolla, hyvä näin), äänieristyksen ja ilmastoinnin puute. Hyvä vaihtoehto yöpymiselle jos ei toivo ylimääräistä hotellikokemukseltaan.

Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber sauber und alles Notwendige vorhanden. Ein gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet inclusive. Eine freundliche Bedienung! Ein sehr günstiger Preis. Ein kleines Hotel, für einen Kurzurlaub sehr geeignet. Gute Busverbindungen.

Slidt hotel ala BB

Lille meget slidt “hotel” der mere virkede som et bb. Underlig bøvlet tilgang til hotellet og værelset. Der skulle bruges 3 nøgler da noget af “hotellet” var private lejligheder. Halvdelen af de elektriske pærer manglede og selve hotel skiltet stod og blinkede svagt om aftenen. Pærer udskiftning ville være på sin plads. “Receptionen” som lukkede kl 18, bestod af en ældre meget kortfattet og ligeså lidt smilende kvinde, der hverken begik sig godt på engelsk eller tysk. Værelset og badeværelse fremstod gammelt og slidt. Havde været ok hvis pris og kvalitet hang sammen men 1400 kr for en overnatning dette sted, ej det sker ikke igen! “Hotellet” tilbyder parkering, ja hvis du kan finde en, på de meget travle gader i nærområdet!! Morgenmad ok og skøn beliggenhed med gåafstand til bymidten.

Very Good, nice breakfast, excellent room heating, a bit small rooms (but it's not Hilton). The landlady besides not speaking English, she is charming, smiling and caring.

The room was small, stuffy, its rugs well worn and the whole place looked like it could use some updates. The fact that you have to park on the street was not communicated clearly. In addition you can't park just everywhere since there are plenty of restrictions where to park without getting a ticket. The staff was barely able to communicate in the local German language which was rather disappointing. All in all I would not return unless there are no other options available.

Das Zimmer war sehr alt und hätte eine Renovierung notwending. Der Abfluss in der Dusche war defekt. Ich war dort für drei Nächte und habe kein kostenloses Mineralwasser ab Tag 2 bekommen (wie bei der Buchung versprochen wurde).

Wenn man gegen 17 uhr kam und fragte ob man sich kaffee aus dem Automaten nehmen kann auch gegen bezahlung,wurde es mit nein beantwortet. Das Zimmer wurde 1× gemacht in 4 Tagen. Da gibt es noch so vielmehr.
