Our house is situated on a park-like grounds on the outskirts of Berlin. It invites you to get to know the city with its countless attractions and then relax in style in order to explore Berlin's diverse cultural offer in the evening or just to enjoy your accommodation by the fireplace. Be very welcome and look forward to carefree days in Berlin.
The tram is within a few minutes (about 10 minutes) away. Also located in approximately 15 minutes' drive a free P + R - Parking with direct train connection to the center (Alexanderplatz, Potsdamer Platz, Kurfürstendamm). Similarly, the underground (U 2) is reached in about 15 minutes. You will always find a free parking space there.

Very Nice!
This is a beautiful home with an amazing garden tucked away at the end of a quiet street. Exactly what we were looking for and more. I highly recommend it for family/couples stays.

Family Reunion
Fantastic!! She schon! We traveled from US to see family in Berlin for a family reunion. The house was perfect for our needs. The location is in a quiet area about 30 min from Berlin city center. Very close to a train stop within walking distance. As well as a nice German restaurant and other businesses including REWE market. The house has a very lovely garden area and grounds. Everything stocked well in the kitchen. Beds and bathrooms very comfortable and spacious. Our Host Johannes and his dog Leonardo were so welcoming and accommodating to our needs. This house felt just like Germany with the beautiful spring flowers blooming and the quaint decor. We loved the German restaurant so close too! Train was easy to catch. Hope to be back!

A Beautiful Environment
We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay while visiting Berlin. We liked sitting on the patio having some wine by the beautiful gardens surrounding the house. Johannes was a gracious and considerate host. He was responsive to our inquiries with emails and chats.

We had a fabulous time at this house. It’s really homely and possibly the cleanest place I have ever been! The owner is so friendly and helpful, the property is close to all public transport links and the garden is beautiful. An amazing and restful place, we would definitely recommend this to others.

Great size, homely.
Property in a quiet location, surrounding garden filled with trees and lush flowers. The property has plenty of room for a family of up to 5. The tram stop is about a 10 to 15 minute walk away, with food stores in close proximity of that. There is Rewes food stores, a Netto food store, a organic store, etc and also an Aldi. You can Google this and see for yourself. This gives you an idea of the location and the surroundings. This is an ideal stay for anyone who wishes to be away from the hustle and bustle of Berlin city centre. If you don't have a hire car when you arrive at the airport you can organise before your holiday for a private (taxi) firm to collect you at the airport and take you to your holiday destination and the same at the end of your holiday. This makes the start of your holiday Hassle free and when going back to the airport. Travelling by tram is a must which you may also be required to travel by U-bahn or S-bahn trains if you wish to venture further afield around certain parts of Berlin. Berlin is big. If you intend to stay for a few days+ go for the Berlin welcome card, as this gives you unlimited use of public transport, discounted entry into popular tourist attractions e.g Museums, plus many other things. I purchased this Welcome card at the airport (Tegel) I can't say if this is possible at the other airports in Berlin. You can have use of it straight away once you have activated the ticket. You only activate it once in a relevant machine on a tram etc.Take it with you at all times as it is required for discount and proof of travel if asked. Great home, great holiday. Berlin welcome card, great idea. Public transport and times, great.

Das war schön hier!
Hier haben wir genau den Urlaub machen können, den wir uns gewünscht hatten, mit 1000 Freizeitmöglichkeiten auf der einen Seite und dann doch wieder mit Ruhe und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten in wunderbarem Haus und wunderschönem Garten. So wurde es unser Urlaub in Buchholz, in Pankow, in Berlin, unterstützt von dem immer freundlichen Herrn Pscheidt.

Perfekter Kurzurlaub
Wir waren sehr überrascht über das sehr schöne Ferienhaus, aber vor allem der wunderschöne Garten hat es uns angetan. Sehr nette und freundliche Begrüßung durch den Gastgeber, der auch gute Hinweise und Ratschläge zur Freizeitgestaltung vorrätig hat. Auch wenn das Domizil etwas fern ab liegt, so ist man doch mit den Öffis Ruck zuck in der Innenstadt - wie versprochen. Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können es nur empfehlen.

Gepflegtes Haus mit tollem Garten
Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung, super Zustand und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Der Garten ist ein Highlight. Sehr netter Vermieter, man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben. Wer Berlin erleben möchte, aber nicht im Stadtzentrum übernachten mag, ist hier genau richtig. Immer wieder gerne!

Aufenthalt von Menschen mit Einschränkungen
Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Mit dem Vermieter war ein sehr nette und freundlicher Kontakt möglich. Er hat sogar extra Abends noch Grillkohle vorbeigebracht um das Abendliche Grillen zu ermöglichen. Wir können nur jedem den Aufenthalt in dem Haus empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Häuschen, ruhig mit Terasse und Garten
Ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, wenn man einfach entspannen will. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, es gibt Holz für den Kamin, der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten uns gut erholen. Die Umgebung mit Seen zum Schwimmen und Bootsfahren.

FeWo war sehr sauber, grosser und gepflegter Garten. Sehr hochwertiges Mobiliar und Geschirr. Vermieter ist sehr nett und liebenswürdig. Was aus der Objektbeschreibung nicht hervorgeht ist, dass das umzäunte Grundstück auch von anderen Eigentümern und Mietern genutzt wird - auf dem Grundstück stehen mehrere Häuser. Für uns war das aber kein Problem.

Grandioses Ferienhaus
Wir können dieses Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Es war alles vorhanden. Ganz besonders ist die Sauberkeit und natürlich die ruhige Lage mit einem traumhaften Garten hervorzuheben. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt überhaupt nichts. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Lage in der Natur ist einfach klasse, so dass man nach langen Berlin Tagen wunderbar am Abend abschalten kann. Auch die Ruhe am Morgen ist bestechend, dadurch haben wir sehr lange schlafen können. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer war extrem nett und zuvorkommend. Er stellt uns sogar Fahrräder zur Verfügung und gab uns wertvolle Ausflugstipps. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. LG an Herrn Pscheidt. Ehepaar mit erwachsener Tochter aus Marburg (Hessen)
