"It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "

"It was home away from home with the added bonus of excellent cleaning service. The kitchenette and large refrigerator was nice to have especially when you have a picky eater for a child. Dishes were also very clean. The washer/dryer in the suite was an added convenience to have. Hotel was quiet, staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s a great Italian mom and pop restaurant next door. Location was great! Easy walk to the hbf."
