Sunny design apartment with balcony

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a villa and is 100 square meters. In the living room there is a fireplace, a wonderful large dining table and an XXL sofa to relax. There is also a balcony with a seating area and parasol. Both bedrooms and the relaxation corner are equipped with a television. The master bedroom has a large bed 180x200 with television and closet. The second bedroom has a 140x200 bed and an American walk-in closet.
The bathroom is very bright with a window, bathtub with shower facility and towel rail.
The kitchen is fully equipped. This includes a designer fridge / freezer, dishwasher, stove and lots of inventory. The DeLonghi coffee machine offers coffee enjoyment.
The apartment is newly furnished and offers sleeping space for 4 people in the bedrooms. There is also the possibility of accommodating two more people on an air bed that can be set up in the living area. You live in the middle of nature, can take walks z. B. to one of the adjacent riding stables. You can walk to the pharmacy, restaurants, ReWe, Aldi and Post in 3 minutes. In about 10 minutes you are in the Sterncenter Potsdam. In the inner city of Potsdam you need about 15 minutes, to Sanssouci and other sights, beach baths, the "White Fleet" with beautiful excursion steamers and much more. 7min to the train station (Dessau-Berlin), regional bus routes. In 3 minutes to the motorway entrance / connection A115 Berliner Ring or Landstraße L78. This takes you to Berlin center in 20 minutes, Potsdamer Platz with all its entertainment options, musicals, casino and numerous restaurants in 40 minutes. In 30 minutes you are on the famous "KuDamm" / KaDeWe.

Wohnung entspricht den Bildern, haben selten so eine gemütliche, perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung erlebt. Auch die Unterstellung der E-Bikes war kein Problem, absolut empfehlenswert.

Eine wirklich gute Auszeit
Wir waren total begeistert von dieser unglaublich schön eingerichteten Wohnung und haben ein paar Tage Auszeit sehr genossen. Die Betten waren im Gegensatz zu vielen Unterkünften sehr angenehm, der Ofen wärmt total gut und schnell und die Vermieterin ist sehr sehr freundlich. Die Umgebung war ruhig und dennoch ging es schnell ins Zentrum. Wir kommen wieder !!!

Tolle Unterkunft in schöner, ruhiger Umgebung
Wir waren zu 2. in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung und haben von dort tolle Unternehmungen mit dem Auto und Fahrrad (für E-bikes Ladestationen im Carport vorhanden) unternommen. Optimale ruhige Lage, um Potsdam, Berlin und Umgebung zu erkunden. Auch mit dem Zug waren wir in ca. 30 Min. in Berlin Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und toll eingerichtet. Sauber, genügend Handtücher, Küche voll eingerichtet . Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Frau und Herr Heinemann sind super nett und freundlich. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Gute Lage für Fahrradtouren, großzügiges Wohnen
Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sauber und gepflegt. Das Treppenhaus (denkmalgeschützt?) Ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ruhige Lage in gepflegter Umgebung. Einkaufen ganz in der Nähe. Mit dem Fahrrad fährt man in ca. 20 Minuten auf breiten Fahrradwegen bzw. Fahrradstraßen in die Potsdammer Innenstadt.

Urlaub im Grünen
Nach einer sehr freundlichen Begrüßung haben wir die geräumige, saubere und schön eingerichtete Wohnung bezogen. Zwar liegt die Ferienwohnung etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, dafür aber besonders ruhig und sie ist ein sehr geeigneter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren in und um Potsdam herum. Keine Parkplatzprobleme und die Fahrräder stehen unter dem Carport sicher und trocken. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Fijn appartement!
Keurig en stijlvol Appartment net buiten Potsdam met goede ov verbindingen naar de stad en Berlijn. Met de auto een half uur van het centrum van Berlijn. Fietsen huren is aan te raden en winkels zijn om de hoek. Heerlijk in het groen met de stad om de hoek!

Ein schönes Domizil für einen Natur- und Kultururlaub
Die FeWo ist liebevoll und vollständig eingerichtet. Wir haben alles sehr sauber und gut sortiert vorgefunden. Besonders den schönen Balkon haben wir gerne ausgiebig genutzt. Der Kontakt war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Die ruhige Lage des Objektes hat uns als Fahrradfahrer sehr gut gefallen. Schnell ist man in der Natur und kann herrliche Ausflüge unternehmen, zur Havel, zum Wannsee, in den Grunewald oder zu den zahlreichen Schlössern. Die Innenstadt von Potsdam ist mit dem Rad auch schnell erreicht. Das Gesamtpaket hat die fünf Sterne verdient.

Die Wohnung liegt nicht direkt in Babelsberg, wie ich dachte sondern etwas mehr außerhalb. Dennoch sehr zentral und Potsdam und Berlin sind mit den Öffentlichen gut zu erreichen. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden und die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben hell, ruhige Lage. Gemütlich, alles da !

wir würden gerne wieder kommen
Dies war eine sehr schön eingerichtete, helle und großzügige Wohnung. Wir wurden vom Vögelgezwitscher geweckt. Hatten eine Woche lang das Auto stehen lassen, da eine gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV besteht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut fußläufig erreichbar. Ruckelfreies W-LAN ist heute ja auch unverzichtbar, und statt in bester Qualität inklusive zur Verfügung. Guter Ausgangspunkt um Potsdam zu erkunden oder um nach Berlin rein zufahren. Die Wohnung kann ich empfehlen. :-)
