We offer a 55m² clean, priv. Apartment in Berlin's green south. The apartment is located upstairs of our house with a separate staircase and is fully equipped and bright and friendly for up to 4 people. It consists of 1 living room with dining area, 1 bedroom, 1kitchen 1Showerbath, 1litte Floor.
 Each room has a flat-screen TV is available in the living room also .in bedroom.1Music System with DVD, the extra bed for the 3rd u.4. If two people want to sleep separately, it is also an extra bed and would have to be booked accordingly (then for 3 people).Person takes place in the living room on a functional living environment. All windows are fitted with blinds and the entire Floor consists of laminate. There are Linens, towels, and tea towels.
Good shopping and transport links to the City and surrounding areas.
Kurfürstendamm you are by car in about 30 or take the only in10 minutes walk. distant subway line 7,
Bus stop in about 3 Min. Nearby supermarket about 5min.
Pets are not allowed

A extremely well equipped apartment with everything you might need. Local facilities and UBahn all within easy reach. We are a couple and have stayed in many apartments and this was a real delight. Car parking is on the road, and some might be disappointed that there's no outdoor space.

The location was great. It is within walking distance from public transport. The host was amazing. She went the extra mile letting us come in late because our flight was late and check out early. She was very kind and helpful. We had an amazing experience, in part because of the gracious host. We would highly recommend this property.

Was a nice stay with a friendly host in the same house. Everything we needed was provided. Public transportation is right in front of the door and subway was only couple minutes away. The place was very clean. The host even gave us a ride to the airport as Public transportation was on strike. Thanks. Highly appreciated. Would stay there again

Wir haben schöne entspannte Tage in der Ferienwohnung in Berlin Rudow verbracht. Die ruhige Umgebung war ideal, um nach unseren Unternehmungen zu entspannen, und dennoch konnten wir all unsere Ziele problemlos erreichen – die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Alles war wie beschrieben, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.In direkter Umgebung finden sich gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf und nicht viel weiter weg gibt es auch Gastronomie für viele Geschmäcker.Die Verständigung zur Anreise und Abreise war freundlich und zuvorkommend und eine besonders schöne Geste waren die liebevollen Giveaways für uns Gäste: frisches Obst, Süßigkeiten und Getränke standen zur Verfügung und haben uns direkt willkommen geheißen. Solche kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten machen den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer.Alles in allem eine rundum gelungene Erfahrung – wir können die Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber für die Gastfreundschaft!

Wir (2 E, 2 K) hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ansprechend eingerichtet. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der sehr netten und freundlichen Vermieterin. Die Kinder freuten sich sehr über die süßen Aufmerksamkeiten und auch die Erwachsenen fanden dass sehr schön.

Top Ferienwohnung - wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Es war alles und noch viel mehr da - vom gefüllten Obstteller, über Wein- und Sekt-Piccolos, vom Handtuch bis hin zum Müllbeutel, Tee, Gewürze etc. Prima Betten und eine großzügige Wohnaufteilung. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend mit kurzen Wegen zu Haltestationen von Bus und U-Bahn. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch um die Ecke. Idealer Standort um Berlin zu erkunden. Vielen Dank!!

Mit der U 7 in wenigen Gehminuten, ein 24 Std. Gruppentiket für 31 € und einem Plan für Museen und Ausstellungen ein perfekter Kurzurlaub. Und die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Es lag sogar eine frische Obstschale für uns bereit. Mehr geht nicht, meinen wir. Vielen Dank an Frau Oswald.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ordentlich und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Und Gisela ist einfach toll, unkompliziert, hilfsbereit und nett. Was man wissen muss: man braucht ca. 40 Minuten bis ins Zentrum, allerdings ist die U-Bahn nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt und die Verbindungen sehr gut. Wir möchten uns nochmal ganz herzlich bedanken und kommen gerne wieder.
