We offer a 55m² clean, priv. Apartment in Berlin's green south. The apartment is located upstairs of our house with a separate staircase and is fully equipped and bright and friendly for up to 4 people. It consists of 1 living room with dining area, 1 bedroom, 1kitchen 1Showerbath, 1litte Floor.
 Each room has a flat-screen TV is available in the living room also .in bedroom.1Music System with DVD, the extra bed for the 3rd u.4. If two people want to sleep separately, it is also an extra bed and would have to be booked accordingly (then for 3 people).Person takes place in the living room on a functional living environment. All windows are fitted with blinds and the entire Floor consists of laminate. There are Linens, towels, and tea towels.
Good shopping and transport links to the City and surrounding areas.
Kurfürstendamm you are by car in about 30 or take the only in10 minutes walk. distant subway line 7,
Bus stop in about 3 Min. Nearby supermarket about 5min.
Pets are not allowed

Amazing Host and Property
The location was great. It is within walking distance from public transport. The host was amazing. She went the extra mile letting us come in late because our flight was late and check out early. She was very kind and helpful. We had an amazing experience, in part because of the gracious host. We would highly recommend this property.

Was a nice stay with a friendly host in the same house. Everything we needed was provided. Public transportation is right in front of the door and subway was only couple minutes away. The place was very clean. The host even gave us a ride to the airport as Public transportation was on strike. Thanks. Highly appreciated. Would stay there again

Alles Bestens - Gute Lage - Tolle Unterkunft
Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende mit unseren Kindern in Berlin verbracht. Tolle, super ausgestattete, saubere Wohnung. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden und hat an nichts gefehlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten keine 300m entfernt und auch die unterschiedlichsten Restaurants in der Nähe. Vielen Dank

Top Ferienwohnung - wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Es war alles und noch viel mehr da - vom gefüllten Obstteller, über Wein- und Sekt-Piccolos, vom Handtuch bis hin zum Müllbeutel, Tee, Gewürze etc. Prima Betten und eine großzügige Wohnaufteilung. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend mit kurzen Wegen zu Haltestationen von Bus und U-Bahn. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch um die Ecke. Idealer Standort um Berlin zu erkunden. Vielen Dank!!

Bestens geeignet für einen Kurzurlaub
Mit der U 7 in wenigen Gehminuten, ein 24 Std. Gruppentiket für 31 € und einem Plan für Museen und Ausstellungen ein perfekter Kurzurlaub. Und die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Es lag sogar eine frische Obstschale für uns bereit. Mehr geht nicht, meinen wir. Vielen Dank an Frau Oswald.

Super Unterkunft
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ordentlich und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Und Gisela ist einfach toll, unkompliziert, hilfsbereit und nett. Was man wissen muss: man braucht ca. 40 Minuten bis ins Zentrum, allerdings ist die U-Bahn nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt und die Verbindungen sehr gut. Wir möchten uns nochmal ganz herzlich bedanken und kommen gerne wieder.

Unsere eigentliche Unterkunft in Berlin, wurde uns 1 Tag vor der Anreise storniert, nun standen wir vor unserem Kurzurlaub mit Baby ohne Bleibe da und mussten noch am Abend eine neue finden, da ich die Stornierung da erst entdeckt hatte, nach ein paar Absagen und dezenter Verzweiflung schrieb mir die liebe Gisela, dass wir die Ferienwohnung sicher haben. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung war tip top sauber, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, auch die Lage war für uns ideal. Vielen Dank für die Spontanität! Wir konnten unseren Urlaub wirklich genießen.

Un magnifique endroit , à la maison !
Tout est tellement bien dans cet appartement ! Les propriétaires sont très chaleureux et tout est pensé pour qu'on se sente comme chez soi, jusqu'aux moindres détails. L'appartement n'est pas loi du métro, on peut rejoindre très facilement l'aéroport en bus, il y a toutes les commodités à proximité. Notre séjour à Berlin a été somptueux !

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Die Wohnung befindet sich zwar nicht in der City, jedoch ist die Lage sehr ruhig und man kommt mit Bus/U-Bahn in ca. 30 Min. Ins Zentrum. Die Wohnung können wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Einfach gut!!
Tolle Wohnung, die genau das bietet, was man im Inserat sieht. Sehr sauber, tolle Betten und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Es sind nur wenige Schritte bis zur Bushaltestelle und man ist in zwei Stationen beim U-Bahnhof. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und es gab eine kleine Willkommensüberraschung. Sehr zu empfehlen!
