"We arrived in the evening with another couple (we rented both Casitas) and there was only a key for one of them. Contacted the owner and they sent someone to bring the key to the other Casita about an hour later. "Host Cathy is amazing. Knowing we were arriving Christmas Day and that nothing would be open, she had a wonderful dinner prepared for us…on the house! Rooms are super comfy and clean. She also organized an airport pickup and tour of Altun Ha (through driver Tony, also a gem). She even took the time to say goodbye as she needed to run some errands while we were preparing to depart. We’ll definitely be visiting again our next trip to Belize! Oh, and they have puppers!"
