"Great breakfast. Nice games for kids. They used to have a really good video game for kids but have got rid of it. This is a shame. The kids loved it. Nice area for transport. Good place. "

"Amenities are clean and new. Room is spacious. There is a library next to our room, with snack and drinks to purchase. Walk 5 min to no. 9 tram station, which takes 5 min to old town and train station. The only inconvenience is they sent a code to my email the day before which I forgot to check. When we arrived on Sunday afternoon, there’s no one at front desk, which makes us panicking. Finally another customer inside the building helped us."

"Very clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good quality continental breakfast (the same for all days but that really wasn’t a problem). About a three minute walk from the Victoriaplatz tram stop but it’s only a 20 minute walk into the centre of Bern if you’re feeling energetic. Get the tram back though as it’s uphill !! "I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel was really nice. The room was comfortable, and we got complimentary items from the minibar the whole stay. I don’t know if that’s standard, but we enjoyed it. Breakfast was delicious! They have a really nice buffet. It’s not cheap, but it was really good.
