offered by the hotel was also excellent. We stayed during an exceptionally hot summer, and unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room struggled to keep up with the heat. However, the hotel staff were very understanding and helpful; they promptly provided extra fans to make our stay more comfortable."

"Kreuz Bern is a very modern, comfortable facility. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff at the Kreuz was exceptional! They knew the area well and helped us consider how to 'construct' our two day stay to maximize our visit. They were ready with dining options and understood clearly what we were interested in. They all spoke excellent english which was very helpful.
