"The location is good where walking distance to Santuary of Lourdes. Reception is friendly and helpful. The most important thing is quiet environment let our family have a rest and connection with Lord. Kitchen, fridge, micro oven and stove are good for family reunion. "The impression on the initial entry into the building is ok but each step further in the building got worse and worse. We were there to watch the Tour de France so the location was excellent for that, but everything else was AWFUL. No sheets available on the filthy beds, no bath towels just 2 disgusting kitchen towels that were stained so badly it was hard to tell if they had been cleaned. Keep looking elsewhere because this place is not good."

"The food service was treble and very disappointing, was given cold onion soup, pizza was awful, the lady serving us was nice but everything from the get go wasn’t professional. I was served wrong soup to start with(soup of the day which I didn’t order) secondly it took more 30 minutes to get my food while my wife finished her salad, thirdly both my pizza and onion soup served the same time. I was so disappointed but the front desk staff was excellent and professional. I will never eat in that restaurant if I ever come back to Lourdes.Dr.Mike"

"The hotel is not the most modern, but it was clean and close to the sanctuary. The decor in the hallway is quite dated but our room was updated with newer amenities (sink, shower and commode). The front desk staff was helpful and spoke English. The restaurants attached to the hotel were always quite busy. I would recommend staying here most fir it’s convenient location."
