"Location! The location is easily walkable to the Galeria and the Duomo. The hotel room was nice and loved the complimentary wine and snacks. Loved that you could access your netflix account. Customer service was great at the front desk. The worst part of the room was the view from our window. Absolutely horrible. We actually decided to stay in Milan for two more nights but not willing to pay that much for that view. Changed hotels. "

"The property was ideally located for the station and was a great space which was incredibly clean. The service wasn’t great - our TV was broken and despite being told it would be fixed wasn’t. Our cases weren’t stored on the last day and we had a battle getting the broken kettle replaced."

"I really liked this hotel. The service we received was very friendly. They store your luggage if you arrive very early or leave late. It's very well located, a 15-minute walk from the Duomo (Milan Cathedral). There are many dining options nearby. A very affordable convenience store is 2 minutes away. Hot water in the bathroom. It has a kitchen, dishwasher, and all utensils, including a coffee maker. You can easily prepare a meal at the aparthotel. Very quiet. Excellent value for money....

"My first time in a digitalised/hybrid aparthotel. Its neat and very nice but i wish curtain control and ac works. It was hot in my room and has to open the patio doors. It helped cool off the night but a bit noisy from the traffic, and mosquitos come in. Overall, ill stay here again as long they fix the thermostat and shutter control."

"Great location in central Milan, conveniently located next to Cadorna train station. The apartment itself faces into an internal courtyard so letting light into the studio does come at the cost of some privacy as there are no other windows. The bed was relatively hard but not entirely uncomfortable. The small kitchen area was well equipped and had everything you could need from a studio such as this in the city."

"This place was so nice. My husband was super happy about this cute apartment and the customer service was exceptional. I had booked my husband and daughter at a hotel (which got decent reviews), but turned out more like a motel which didn’t even have hot water and he demanded to be checked out and I found this place on Expedia last minute. We will definitely rebook this place next time I come since it was in a great location as well. "

"The Sheraton Malpensa is a great choice when you have an early flight out of Milan. The large, beautiful hotel is right across the street from the airport terminal. Our king room was modern, spacious, and beautiful. The bed was super comfy and came with 2 pillows for each of us in different densities. There’s a restaurant conveniently located on the property where we had dinner. Of course, the meal was overpriced, but the convenience for these weary travelers was worth it. I’d stay again at this lovely airport hotel."
