Ein Check-in-Vorgang war praktisch nicht vorhanden, wenn uns die anwesenden Reinigungskräfte nicht zu einem Schlüssel verholfen hätten, ständen wir jetzt noch dort. Keinerlei Hinweise per Mail o.Ä. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur beschränkte sich auf ein Mail zwei Tage vor Abfahrt. Mehrmals Versuche, dort anzurufen, scheiterten. Ob das Appartement über WLAN verfügt, wissen wir nicht. "A Classic Swiss Chalet RIGHT NEXT TO THE SKI TRAM! Super Convenient for Ski Out & Ski In, I was able to ski right into the parking Lot. The Restaurant was Very Good and there were other Dining Options in the area including the 5 Star Hotel Kempinski across the street. But the Main Dining and Entertainment was in Dorf, a 20-minute walk or take the Bus."

"Great hotel with wonderful amenities included such as their spa, full breakfast with so many options and shuttle to skiing in Celerina. Everyone was so nice and helpful, plus they did speak a bit of English or other languages. Also, the local bus was very close to the hotel to take into St. Moritz. Will definitely stay here again when in the St. Moritz area. "

"Fantastic location for a ski holiday! Right in the middle of town, shopping and great restaurants (incl in the hotel!)! Across the street from the funicular, so super easy access to the Corviglia mountain. Staff was super friendly, included breakfast was great! Accommodations were comfortable, clean, and a hot sauna after skiing every day was fantastic! Only complaint is that you can't adjust the thermostat in your room, it seems like its managed centrally, so had to sleep with the windows open because it was so hot, but it could be pretty loud outside and get diesel fumes. "
