"Wir waren während 4 Tagen bei herrlichem Sommerwetter in Bergün. Das ruhige und authentische Dorf hat uns sehr gefallen. "This place is about 20 minutes from city center, not far from the lake. There is a Lidi supermarket at the ground floor. Watch out - the room lacks some of the basic necessities, not even a box of tissues. The electric stove does not work in the room, so we just eat out. We have been to a few different hotels and apartments in Switzerland during our trip. so far this is the worst place we have been to. "

"My wife and daughter stayed with me for a nice ski trip to St Moritz. The condo is very nice, new and modern. The only negatives were the property manager speaks very little English, so communication was tough and slow to respond. As in an earlier review we couldn't get the TV to work and the check in process was non existent until we arrived that morning in St Moritz. There was no check out process. "The apartment is actually better than it appears online. The owner was very gracious when meeting us at check-in and explained everything thoroughly. The apartment is probably the best equipped one we have ever rented and the owners thought of every detail in the amenities provided. The location couldn't be better with a short walk into town to restaurants and the center of town."

"Great location. Lively vibe in the evenings with music we enjoyed under the hotel at Roo bar, which closes at 9pm so quiet after. Very clean and spacious. Very convenient with super market around the corner. Loved all the local wood furnishings. Hauser restaurant was very good, enjoyed the hot stone dinner, cooking meats at the the table. Only things missing were cofee maker, fridge, a fan & air control. Its a good thing i travel with a travel fan which was a lifesaver. Would definitely stay here again. Loved the vibe."

The staff is incredibly polite and professional. They make you feel like a royal guest. Staff members are from many different nationalities, and they all speak many languages. This makes the ambient very interesting, warming and welcoming. The so many options for dining are all fantastic. The bar is great. The Lobby has ample space with all kind of seating options from high-desk for laptops to coffee/tea chairs to cozy sofas. Our favorite spot was the sofa near the fireplace which gives a nice warm look and wood aroma to the entire area. The breakfast, included in room rates, is superb, with so many options for all tastes, from cereals, yogurts, and fruits, to fresh or grilled vegetables, wide selection of cheese and cold meats, different types of breads to an omelette station! Great juices and two espresso machines with perfect coffee of any type of preparation. Housekeeping staff, all international and multilingual, are super polite and quite fast. Before you know, your room is all cleaned and done! We stayed in room 461, a great corner room with awesome views. Our kids stayed at room 150, very spacious and nice balcony. We had a lovely stay and would return any time. It could not have been better."

"The property is in a beautiful location! Great views of the lake and St Moritz town. Close to the train station- easy walk. Close to the main area of town as well. Breakfast is excellent, dining room has beautiful views of the whole area. Beds are excellent! Best night sleep on our trip in these beds! "
