Had a TV problem in that we could not get it turned on, called reception and 5 minutes later someone was there to help. The only thing is some items in the unit could be updated the dryer did not work, and could do with an update of the linen - pillows and the bed was not the greatest Overall a good place to stay if you want close to the hub in Fortitude Valley and the City. Only minor issue that we had was noise at the evenings from party revellers and street noise as it is the busiest block in the surfer paradise.
