"Friendly Staff. Great quite property with private pool. We book 5 bedrooms, the main building has 3 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms are located on the adjacent building. All bedroom has attached private bath. All the bathroom shared the same hot water heater tank hence if one has used up all the hot water for the bathtub than other need to wait for hot water regeneration otherwise you will get cold shower. "It wasn’t clear to me when I booked if the pool was shared with the other 2 bedroom rental this adjoins to. The pool and property are completely separate and private. The property was clean and well maintained. The bed was super comfortable which we haven’t found very often in Asia. Attention from property managers was quick. "Beautiful setting , fantastic pool , very secluded but service at the hotel was non existent , very , very limited menu at the restaurant ( rat bait in the corner) Poor transport from the hotel , only one way . But by far the thing that stands out and I’ll remember is the staff. They’re the most wonderful people I’ve ever met. No one was in a rush and they took their time to interact with us. Astari, Ayu, Surtika, Erpawan, Septiana, Peggy and Eka made us feel so welcome and taught us a lot about Balinese culture. We are really honored and grateful that they took their time to talk to us everyday. Would highly recommend this resort if you’re in Ubud. "
