The rooms were unfortunately not sound proof at all and you can hear absolutely everything. The breakfast is okay but more variety would have been good, and everything was always running out, taking ages to replace.

The staff is always on the move & always willing to help with all your needs. The hotel is very clean & it is in the center of all the tourist amenities. This is my family's second time staying here & inshallah we pray to stay with them again when going to Istanbul.

We loved our stay here as it was quiet and safe and we could walk up to the famous Mosques in few minutes. All of the staff was exceptional and caring. The only thing that could have been better was if the TV was working so that it could have occupied the children. To be fair we reached out to the staff only once for this issue and survived without TV :)

Beautiful hotel with great spa, gym and swimming pool. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. And the location is excellent! Within walking distance of everything you want to see and visit in Istanbul. We loved our stay and will be going back again. Highly recommend for families with children.

"The hotel is really cool. Breakfast was various, the room is wide and perfectly clean and the staffs are welcoming. The only thing I didn't like was Summit Bar, I had an inconvenient with one of the staff who treated us impolitely and got us to leave. Otherwise I recommend the hotel."
