Très bien situé et vue superbe sur le lac
Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille à 5 cet ete. L'appart est au 4eme sans ascenseur ce qui n'a pas tant gêné, mais la montagne c'est fait pour grimper. L'appart est bien agencé et parfaitement équipé, l'option drap et serviette est très appréciable.

Belle vue et bien équipé
On a passé 3 jours extra dans cet appartement bien aménagé. Salon un peu petit mais à 6 pas de souci. La vue est très agréable, restos et petits magasins à proximité. Bien placé pour faire de la randonnée Puy de Sancy ou Mont Dore.

Appartement très plaisant. Le ménage des toilettes auraient pu être mieux fait par les précédents ... Très belle vue et bonne situation. Il est dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de parking attribué à cet appart. ... C'est un problème lors des arrivées un jour d’affluence. Autrement c'est parfait.

Vacances de la toussaint
Bien situé avec une vue sur le lac et la montagne. Proche du centre et de ces commodités. A deux pas des pistes et des sentiers de rando, prêt de la cascade du tibou a voir. Première neige pour nous, impeccable les enfants étaient ravies. A deux adultes et trois enfants l'on ne c'est pas sentis trop a l'étroit. Aucun souci pour nous. Location a recommandé.

Appartement bien situé, et complet, certaines literies sont un peu dur les premières nuit mais après avec la fatigue on ne l'a plus senti, Seul bémol, qui a été signalé auprès de la personne qui nous loué, le ménage !!! on paie une prestation de 65€ somme qui n'est pas négligeable pour au finale se retrouver avec un ménage succinct qui laisse à désirer, lors de la visite de fin je l'ai signalé et la réponse à été le ménage sera fait à fond en fin de saison, donc mieux vaut se faire son ménage soit même, 4 étage était rude après les longues marches mais la vue est imprenable

Un logement agréable, à quelques détails près.
Le logement situé dans une résidence typique des stations de sports d'hiver 70-80's a manifestement été en partie rénové, ce qui est appréciable. Les équipements sont complets et fonctionnent parfaitement. La vue sur le lac est très jolie. Il convient cependant de préciser que les portes claquent au moindre courant d'air, problème qui pourrait être facilement résolu avec la pose de joints antibruit. Un peu de lubrifiant sur les gonds seraient également le bienvenu. Par ailleurs, les toilettes sont très étroites. Enfin, le réseau internet est inaccessible, sauf pour les appareils dotés de la 5G, alors qu'il est disponible à l'extérieur du bâtiment. Seules solutions pour obtenir une connexion : payer un forfait wifi de 7€ par jour (39€ la semaine) ou aller sur le petit balcon, ce qui se révèle vite inconfortable lorsque le vent (très) frais et la pluie sont de la partie, même en plein été. Ces réserves mises à part, l'appartement est confortable.

Appartement bien mais resté des cheveux des occupants précédents sur le canapé sinon l agence est pas très professionnel pas d état des lieux en arrivant pas en repartant. Sinon l appartement bien situé pour les randonnées mais en juin rien d ouvert en semaine 14 km pour chercher du pain
