Staff in all areas were not friendly. Hotel smells like cigarette smoke everywhere. Air fresheners pumped in is really strong. Room was spacious. Hotel is in a convenient location.

Property was nice and clean. Not at all, restaurants are open throughout the day. Room service is difficult and confusing. They go through Door Dash to order room service. (Inconvenient and confusing)
