It's ground floor, but it has no windows to the outside; only light wells at both ends. It's not a problem if you're there in winter or are out most of the time, but not good for the claustrophobic! The hostess was very friendly and was always available for our questions. We appreciated the many small details provided the hostess such as a lovely bouquet of wildflowers."

"The apartment is well maintained and well equipped. The location was good for us, just a 10- 15 minute walk into the centre. It is in a quiet area, even though it is on a main road into the town. A Stay in France’s Countryside.

"The building of course is someone’s home as are many B&Bs. It can improve its initial impression which is the entrance and tidy up the place in the lobby and dining area. No complaints on the room other than a bit too many chairs. Less is sometime better allowing more room to move around. The bathroom was above standard. Overall, it is definitely worth the price. Just know it is in a small village several miles from Verdun where you can find more place to eat. It is definitely out in the country. In addition , the hosts were very friendly and tried hard to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. "
