If i had known we was going to have issues with this hotel i would have booked elsewhere. However, the location was ideal for the reason we stayed but certainly won't be going back to that hotel again.

"Stayed here for the past three visits to London. Staff are super friendly and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. It’s so handy to get to everything on foot. "Really good stay. We had one of the smaller rooms but it had everything we needed. Loved it. Every single staff member was great. I normally don't about how good staff are – just point me to my room etc... But these guys were a real credit. Hoping we can stay again"
