"This is a top-notch property with great amenities and things to do. We had a wonderful village tour and two nature walks with Kamal Adhikari, the guide at the lodge. He is so knowledgeable and does an excellent job. We also went to the Locals Cultural dance which was very entertaining and so well performed. Mr. Adhikari participated in that as well. "We had quite a bad experience staying three nights at the Jungle Villa Resort. At first view, many things work well - e.g. staff are kind, facilities are nice and clean as well as location near the river with jungle on the other side is beautiful. A large number of bad experiences with management was part of ruining the trip for us; incompetent and untrustworthy, lacking understanding of their guests. "This hotel is excellent in both location and hospitality. The staff are all incredible—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was nearly perfect, with the only issue being the water pressure in the shower, which could use improvement.
