Staff were great, room conditions are not great. Crumbling ceilings, water leaks, dirty carpet , peeling wall paints etc. Definitely not 5 star as listed per Expedia.

The property is small and it doesn’t have any indoor playing facilities. Spa was not upto the mark. They claim water sports their private beach which is not true.
Cab service is a problem as there is an association and you have to book cab through them only which is costly (approx 55₹/kms).
