property is in good location, quite hot water issue They moved us to other room Same hot water problem Nobody in office to talk/complain Listed telephone out of service !! Mobile number desk manager provided not answering May be one or two family we saw Not many travelers /guests booked here Very Ghost like environment Scarry

Our room was not cleaned at all . The floor was dirty with black dust. It wasn’t swept or mopped when we moved in . The sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers were not changed. The previous hotel occupants were used and beds redone. It was disgusting . The balcony was filthy with bird poo. I WOULD NOT RATE THIS HOTEL 4 STAR AND IT CERTAINLY WASNT WORTH A MONIES WE PAID - it was worth only half the amount we paid. We should be refunded half of this money back . I would not recommend this hotel at all .
