"The drive out into the countryside is well worth the effort. We stayed in the two bedroom gite and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The gite is spacious and has a lovely gravel patio area in front with great views of the countryside. It was warm, so we were able to sit outside for meals, reading and watching nature and the occasional boat passing on the canal. "We enjoyed our stay in Panneçot very much and were delighted to communicate with Dominique, who was calm, practical and very helpful, thank you Dominique. The cottage is in an ideal location. Everyone slept soundly and we enjoyed tractors going past the doorstep and giving a wave in the morning. A small note - I have left enough toilet paper for the next guests. Not possible to buy in the little hamlet and with families, maybe good to err on side of generous..."

It did help that my husbands mum and step dad speak fluently french as we may have struggled a bit otherwise with instructions regarding the spa and other bits. "J'ai séjourné dans ce gîte pendant 3 jours avec mes deux petites chiennes berger des shetland car je me rendais dans la région pour un stage de mantrailing. Tout était parfait : propreté impeccable, endroit très calme, gîte très cosy. Hôtesse très accueillante et très sympatique et qui plus est adore les animaux. Je recommande les yeux fermés! Je pense que c'est l'un des gites de la région que j'ai le plus apprécié. Encore merci!"
