The staff went above and beyond, especially Tomy at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. Breakfast each morning was a treat—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. Highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting this area."

Fabulous hotel unbelievable location!

"The hotel was very clean the lady at the front desk Sabine was one of the kindest women ever knowledgeable helpful and a delight to talk to. Any questions we had about the area she was happy to answer a wealth of information.. The shower was good we had a room with a balcony to do was great and it was very roomy. We're both not sure about those square pillows lol but that was a minor inconvenience. The restaurant at night was excellent and the breakfast was very good. But on top of all this you could not find a better location to see both castles on this one. Everything is literally across the street or less than a half a block away."

"This hotel was like staying with your favorite Bavarian auntie. The common areas were full of history about the hotel. The balcony is open for guest to sit and enjoy the views. The decor was cozy and charming and will always be part of my memories of this trip. Staff was great, breakfast was great. They also had parking. "
