"Beautiful, very comfortable property, a variety of restaurants and wonderful staff! I would highly recommend staying here!! Some small things to note: - there is only 1 washer/dryer in the basement, you need E1 coins to operate & you own laundry soap. It would be nice if there was more than 1 machine, I can only imagine how busy it is in the winter during ski season. Also, it would be nice if individual laundry detergent was sold onsite as grocery stores are not nearby & have limited hours....

"Absolute Empfehlung! Eine Stunde Aufstieg zum Hotel mit toller Aussicht. Jeder Schritt hat sich gelohnt - die Unterkunft ist mit so viel Liebe und Charakter eingerichtet und es war rund um stimmig. Super gemütliches Zimmer und großer Aufenthaltsraum zum Entspannen. Sehr leckeres Essen - Frühstück und Abendessen sehr zu empfehlen. "Super friendly & helpful staff at reception. Helped us find a dining venue & organised free tourist tickets for the fortress. We parked directly under the hotel with easy hotel access. Breakfast was a generous spread of the usual European options. The view of the fortress at night from the balcony of the spa area was spectacular. Room was basic, but sufficient."

"We are very glad with the choice we've made. It was an excellent retreat! The overall facility was in great shape and easy to get around. The breakfast was fabulous! We loved the spa, especially in the evening after our arrival when we struggled with a 6-hour jetlag as well as the next day after skiing at Kitzbuhel. Our room was next to the elevator and we were concerned about noise. However, the sound insulation was so good that it felt like nobody else was in the hotel. We will definitely consider it again when visiting the area. "
