This is an ideal family home, spacious modern and traditional with all the facilities you require for a relaxing family holiday. Downstairs there is a fully fitted modern kitchen displaying all the usual amenities including a breakfast bar and a separate dining room.

You will also find a comfortable lounge with 8ft patio doors leading from the lounge on to the patio area with umbrella and patio set with covered charcoal BBQ,

The patio terrace has furniture for al fresco dining the garden is south facing and extremely private with lawn and plants and flowers

The lounge with 50" SMART TV, Netflix, YouTube, DVD,

There is also a separate dining room and downstairs cloakroom.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom, which has En-suite with shower/toilet and wash basin with a king size bed the 2nd bedroom has single beds and another bedroom with double bed.

Wonderful location!
Property situated on quiet housing estate within 5-10min walk to beach. House just the right size for our group with 3 double bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, lovely south facing garden & good size lounge. Negatives are that all the floorboards upstairs are very noisy, as are the 2 showers, to the extent that they couldn't be used if people were sleeping. We also found a pair of secateurs on the wall outside which was a massive concern as our 5 year old granddaughter was with us! The keyholders live just across the road & were very helpful & accommodating.

House is in a very good location within easy reach of beach and local shops. Spacious and well equipt with lovely garden. Garden chairs would benefit from updating. Transport links to other areas very good. Service in local restaurants, Pier House, Country Cousins and Fish and Chip kiosk were all excellent. Recommend brunch at Royal North Devon Golf club.

Nice, well equipped property. Short walk to the beach. Christine the house keeper was very friendly. It would have been good if the listing had said that you need to supply your own towels. And also would have been good to know that there is a pond (high sided wall) as we were staying with children.

2nd time renting this property, again very smooth check in and out. Housekeeper is just around the corner if you need any assistance. Nice spacious property with all the facilities needed. Would benefit from a bigger barbecue though as there was 6 in our party. Another great holiday at Westward Ho!

Accommodation was really clean and accurate and very spacious. Upon arrival we met a lady whom was quite abrupt and no very welcoming at all. We were also a little suprised due to covid 19 to find half used toilet rolls and dirty washing up sponges in the property. We feel that these items should be changed at every clean. All in all a very pleasant holiday

The property was clean and everything you needed. My only concern was that the fridge was set too high and so our eggs and tomatoes froze overnight However we soon realised and reset it It would also have been good to have a tumble dryer

The property was well suited to our family of two Adults and three Children and we were all comfortable staying there. It is well located within walking distance of the town, shops, restaurants and beach. Collection of the key was very easy from the Property Manager close by.

Been at this place twice now and enjoyed both times-the property has everything you need (no tumble dryer but not a necessary)has you have a washing line in the back garden/accommodation is great the whole of the house is spotless when you get there and a good base for visiting the surrounding places most definitely be looking to book again in the future

Everything from booking on line, the communication from the property owner down to the communication with the house keeper was very smooth with no issues. Loved the house and we was only a 10 minute walk from the centre. A great base! The beds were super comfy and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need.. lovely private garden with the nightly visit from the local hedgehog 😊 very relaxing area

Comfortable home with every facility. It was a good choice for the 4 generations of us. It was slightly odd that personal memorabilia of snooker tournament and other things had not been removed as though the owner was living with us! However on the other hand it was welcoming. We had a slight problem when we arrived as there was miscommunication around our motorhome. It would have been better if we’d had a personal conversation rather than communication on text as we didn’t see the texts for several hours. Things were resolved but not until the owners had been contacted. It’s a small thing, but just not a good start to the holiday. However everything else was good and we had a good time.
