Molesworth Barn at High Park, Indoor Pool

This spacious 1 bedroom 1 story Barn has recently been converted transforming it into an ideal luxurious relaxing getaway for couples. The Barns at High Park were originally built in the late 1800's and are situated in the heart of the North Devon coastline. It offers easy access to beaches, moors, coastal path walks, cycle paths, golf courses, horticultural gardens, children friendly fun parks, and many other traditional outdoor and indoor recreational activities for those seeking a truly relaxing, yet active, break away from the stresses of day-to-day life.

High Park Barns has a secure, purpose-built 1 acre dog exercise field located on site. Designed with safety, freedom, and fun in mind, our fully enclosed field, with 1.8m high fencing, offers dogs the perfect space to run, play, and train off-lead in a safe and private environment. The dog field is open daily in the morning and evening for staying guests at no cost. Additional time can be booked during the day.

The barn is situated with 14 acres of private land. Within the grounds is a shared indoor swimming pool and hot-tub, and large natural lake featuring stunning vegetation and decked terrace.

This barn features a solid oak super king bed in the master bedroom, all new solid oak furniture, airconditioning, leather sofas, LED lighting and underfloor heating.

The barn has access to four 7.2kW electric vehicle (EV) destination chargers.

The barn is dog friendly, and you are welcome to bring them at £25 per dog per week or part thereof.

Very thoughtfully laid out property. Amazingly well designed barn convertion. Provided everything you could need including slippers, detergent, dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee, toilet paper, dog bowl and many more for those who don’t bring their own. This barn is one of the most private on site. I particularly loved being able to recycle. Facilities were fantastic. (Heated pool and hot tub neatly organised in a timetable to have the place to yourself) Brilliant value for money. Lovely place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of busy areas.

Had a lovely few days here. Lovely accommodation and owners are v welcoming. V relaxed on rules which was great. Pool runs on a timetable so you get sole use. Also has unallocated slots which are first come first served. Lots of pool toys and crabbing kits, buckets and spades to use. Milkiosk vending machine at neighboring farm is positively addictive - we went every day and brought 2 litres home with us.

The property was perfect for a couple and dog. Close to amenities and beaches, but also rural with lovely views. The barn has been converted to a high spec, with modern fixtures and fittings, and plenty of room to spread out. The pool is an added bonus. Everything was sparkling clean and communication over directions and check in was clear and easy.

We can't fault our stay. It was 5* all round and we wouldn't hesitate to recomment ---a beautiful property with so many extra special touches --from the scones and milk on arrival to the swimming to the warm welcome. From the moment you arrived until you leave you will be in a bubble. Everything is perfect. The views, the barns, the swimming pool and hot tube. Easy access to any beaches around and country side things to visit and do. The owners are a fabulous couple, always happy to help. This is our second time coming and we already book for next year. We had the best time at molesworth, Everything we needed , The scenery and peace was awesome The wildlife, The location Swimming pool and jacuzzi So much room for the dogs to play off lead Lovely host . Lovely cleaners who were in the neighbours property but still had a chat give information and asked if anything we needed. We will return as it was Everything we required. Better than the photos . So glad that a change of holiday dates meant our original hotel not available as High Park much better than a dog friendly room in a hotel. More space to relax and very user friendly for our 2 year old spaniel who quickly became very independent exploring the grounds with us sure he was secure. The wire around the base of wooden fencing not clear in photos and very unobtrusive but really reassuring
