"The grounds and lake house are well kept and family friendly. We all appreciated the spaciousness and the comfort of the living room. That being said, our teenagers hardly left the dock. They came in the house only to eat and sleep. Fishing was so much fun. The sandy bottom of the lake was great on the feet. Jim was very accommodating and easy to contact. This is obviously a much loved house. I would recommend bringing all your supplies including toilet paper and paper towels, foil, etc. ...

"This is a beautiful and peaceful setting and an amazing cabin. Definitely a remote location, but with an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna there is everything you need to just sit back, relax and recharge and, the dock offers the ability to try your hand at fishing or just enjoy sitting in the sun. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a luxurious cabin experience. Owners were very prompt to respond to any questions we had during our stay. We will definitely return."

"The property needs some "Finishing touches" to be an excellent one. A headboard on the master bed, adult size life preservers if you are going to have kayaks and paddle boards for use on Lake Superior, a kitchen faucet that doesn't leak all over the countertop and a water filtration system that can remove tannins. "We had a great time. It was 2 Best Friends in our 60's so an extra bed was required we brought a blow up and moved some furniture around so ended up working well. The directions for how to get to property need to be updated as well as marking the drive with address. We drove 9 miles out of our way looking for it but property owner was quick to respond when we called and very helpful throughout our stay. Lots of spiders which is understandable in that lot is very shaded, but we killed multiple....

"We had a great time! We went packed and ready for “glamming” trip and got just that! The property is beautiful including the creek that runs on the back side. Yes, we had to put water in the toilet tank because the pipes were frozen and yes we heated water on the stove for washing dishes but this place was just perfect despite those things. Will definitely return and recommend 100% if you want a peaceful, relaxing getaway!"
