Staff was absolutely wonderful. Location was perfect and the room was gorgeous. I will stay here every time I come to Nashville. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The staff was nice at the front desk however we paid to check in early then got two rooms one was dirty the other had someone in it. We then got a comp which was nice but we were upset to see the hold on our card for incidentals was very high and not disclosed we are still waiting for a receipt as well.
