"A great house with plenty of space! Location is very close to the beach as well as the town which has lots of lovely shops, pubs, cafes and more. Beds were comfy. Handy having a laundry room with small children. Lots of stair gates and bed guards in the house to use. A few areas needed some deeper cleaning. Overall it was a perfect house for a large family/group. "

"The holiday break was perfect for us as we were three separate households but one family. Luckily the weather was very good enabling walks from the accommodation and outside play on the lawn area. We made full use of the excellent on site farm shop and the swimming pool which was near by. Norwich is a very nice city to visit, and my wife and I called at Diss on our journey to the farm, again well worth a visit. This was a happy family time to celebrate our 50th wedding aniversary"

"We visit Norfolk every New Year, and this was our first time staying in this building. The building itself is stunning and I had high hopes that our stay would be brilliant. I received clear communication in the run up to booking, but different checking in and out times to those on hotels.com!?! The checking in process was OK, although the key lock box was very difficult to open, and it took us about 30 minutes. We arrived to a very smelly apartment, with the main stench (sewage) coming from...

"The back bifold doors are broken so would not lock, the front locking door did not always open the door! The location is good as are the views. Just starting to look tired but overall good."

"Perfect hotel and location for visiting the city. Riverside, bars, restaurants, shops, castle and cathedral all within walking distance. It was my husband's birthday and a card was left for him in our room which was thoughtful. A great selection at breakfast. Lots of cosy seating areas around the hotel to sit and recharge. Thanks 😊"

"This hotel is great , ive stayed here numerous times due to work. All staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the pool and spa really are a added bonus. The rooms are clean,warm and have a fridge which is good when you are staying all week. The car park is big enough so never struggled to park my van. The only issue I have had is due to the allowance i have for working away there are times when i have had to find other accommodation due to the price fluctuating, if it wasnt for that then myself and others would probably be here constantly for the next 2 years. "
