Nice front desk staff. We checked in and dropped off our bags, we were going to meet friends for dinner. When we returned late that night we discovered used towels in the bathroom, and gnats flying around. The floor of the shower was dirty, and the shower bar was hanging off the wall and you could see dirt caked behind it. The carpet was filthy. I noticed a hole in the ceiling above the bed when I went to bed. We were tired from a long road trip and didn't want to change since it was only for 1 night. I did alert the front desk, there was nothing they could've done since it was a third party booking.

We had a great 5 night stay here! The only reason I gave 5 stars is because our key stopped working twice and there were little black ash looking things at the foot of the bed. They weren’t bugs and if you wiped them off, it smudged. But this wasn’t a huge concern for me. I just figured it was coming from the air conditioner. The room was clean otherwise and comfortable. They also had good options at the breakfast bar!

Another nice stay
When we got there to check in Gulshan greeted us and quickly moved us to a first floor room. The bed was a bit firm but we put the heavy blanket for the pull out bed under the sheets which worked fine. The breakfast was fine as usual. I cut my arm getting out of my car on Monday and she gave me 2 large bandages. I would recommend cutting the frond stubs closer to the palm rather than sticking out 18 inches. We do like this location though as we have stayed here about 10 times.
