Large secure yard for a big dog though a smaller secure area would have felt safer for a small inquisitive dog like ours."

"Could not get hold of property host Place stunk of stale cigarette smoke Generally dirty main bedroom sheets were covered in all bodily fluid stains - ALL bodily fluids mattresses in all beds cheap and extremely hard and uncomfortable - and dirt Shower area flooded in 30 seconds due to blocked drain Tap in kitchen does not turn off properly Needs a clean Don't recommend and won't be staying there again Expensive cons"

"Beware of this property listing! They fooled me for the money. It is an old ruin, completely deserted, filthy rooms with no even a single person living or take caring. Owener din't even had courage to face so attended my calls hiding in the cafe next to property. Please remove this listing as it is a completely unsafe place to be. I would also want my refund as I did not stayed there for this reason."

"Overall, we had a nice stay. The unit was in a good location, an easy walk to town. It was clean and comfortable, cute and compact. However, the check-in process was problematic. We were never sent the check-in details and spent an anxious hour waiting outside the unit for the agent to respond to my multiple calls and texts. When he did ring, he did send the information through promptly but there wasn't an explanation or an apology. A very disappointing start to our stay."

"Brief stay and was able to make the most being the location was close to main street in Boulder and a 2 minute walk to the Broken Hill hotel for a chilled evening of pool."

"The host was terrible at replying and communication in general. Our booking was cancelled on 1 hour prior to arriving in Kalgoorlie via Stayz email. I was refunded, however Stayz did not assist with finding us alternative accommodation. I will not rely on stayz in future for accommodation and do not recommend taking the risk renting a property through this host. "

"The accommodation was clean and simple. It was just the thing we needed for a weekend away. The staff were fantastic and very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Hospitality was brilliant. The only downside was internet wouldn’t connect which wasn’t a problem for us as we were out most of the time. I would definitely recommend a stay here "
