"Great location close to surfers but that was the only part that justifies the price. Bbq not working, lights in main ensuite flickering, bath in main ensuite leaked (like literally poured water out of the bottom over the floor) No dryer, glass fence around the pool looks like it is literally going to fall over For $8,500 for a week very poor. "Property was in excellent location and could have done with a few little extras inside. Not the owners fault whatsoever ,but their was so much construction around , it kept us most nights."

"This place was disgusting. It was infested with cockroaches and spiders. The pool was murky and unusable. The bathroom light didn’t work and the showers were dirty. The kitchen was dirty. The bed had bugs in the sheets. We had to leave in the middle of the night to find alternative accommodation as it was so distressing. Still waiting for refund ."
