This was my first experience with a self-service place and I didn’t read the instructions completely. Complicated by a bit of a language barrier. Otherwise, everything was perfect."

"Unkomplizierter und freundlicher Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, ideal um sich selbst zu verpflegen. Ausblick von der Terrasse und Wihrlpool ist herrlich. Sehr ruhige Lage. Genau richtig für eine Entspannung vom Alltag."

"Wir waren wirklich überrascht, wie groß diese Ferienwohnung wirklich ist - schön für Urlauber, die es geräumig mögen! Es war sehr sauber und es gab alles, was man so benötigt, wenn man ab und zu mal selbst kochen möchte. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und der Standort ist super für Ausflüge in die weitere Umgebung mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch guten Restaurants.Leider waren die Museen, die wir zu dieser Zeit (Mitte Dezember) besuchen wollten, geschlossen.Nette Vermieterin...

Het was heel ruim voor ons gezin van 6 personen, alle keukenapparatuur was aanwezig, er was hout (betaling per mand) voor de houtkachel en hot tub. Badkamers waren schoon en netjes. Communicatie met eigenaar ging heel soepel, vragen werden direct beantwoord, en ze was heel aardig en efficiënt. Een topweek was het resultaat. "

"Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende, bei Rosis Häuschen. Im Vorfeld wurde alles kommuniziert und genau so, lief es dann auch ab. Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert und auch bei einer Nachfrage wurde innerhalb einer halben Stunde geantwortet. Zum kochen etc. war alles vorhanden, sowie Handtücher, Decken. Und auch an unsere Hunde wurde gedacht - mit Pfotentüchern und Näpfen. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und glücklich! "

"Had a lovely stay and the outside of this hotel is very pretty. Was having a big extension built and in the morning, we were woken up by someone doing pipe or elctrical work above our room, not best pleased at 8.15am in the morning. Aside from this, the satff were lovely and we had a beautful dinner in the hotel restaurant, home made schnitzel - was delicious. Only used as a stop hotel on our way tot he Stelvio Pass so location was perfect"

"Fantastic house, stunning location. The house was large enough to accommodate 7 adults and 7 children without getting under each others feet. Manfred was excellent at communicating with us, very prompt replies with good advice. Mr and Mrs Hess were absolute stars, they couldn't have more patient with us non-speaking Germans and very charming couple. The house itself is situated within easy driving distance from many places of interest to visit."
