The insulation was awful. We could hear everything going on above us. It sounded like they were stomping and moving furniture. When the air conditioner kicked on you had to turn the tv up quite a bit to hear it

We stayed at this hotel in Tampa this past weekend and booked the corner suite. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. While the room itself was spacious and had a nice layout, we did have a few issues. The room temperature stayed warmer than we would have liked, even after adjusting the thermostat. Additionally, the bathroom could use some updating—the tub in particular looked worn and could benefit from being reglazed. Overall, the service was wonderful, but with a few updates to the room and better temperature control, the stay would have been perfect.
