"From the start on meeting the owner it was a plesent experience. Relaxed friendly and informative. We were even upgraded to a Spa room. And after a long drive that was very welcome. If your in the area do check this accommodation out. It wont disappoint. It didn't for us"

"absolutely top notch. Very reasonable price cobnsidering we indulged in a premium-king room AND breakfast for two as well. The B/F is also top notch too... well above average. (Often these restaurants with B/F subbed out to them by the hotel are poor, but this one was the opposite). Obviously the location has a big part in this, but if you're there for the uni, or visiting family (as we were) and this suits... it's great. Nice lake over in the residential area opposite (keep walking well past small bridge). We are coming back in November and no doubt many times in the future.... and you can absolutely bet we will staying here again. Photo is of a small visitor to our room.... with big feet.... "

"Fantastic value for the price. Loved the nice surprise of finding a jacuzzi spa tub in the bathroom! Had a great stay. Only complaint would be the flat pillows, but there were lots of them, so it wasn't a big deal. Would definitely recommend this hotel or stay here again. "
