★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charles is an excellent and always available. Accommodated all of my needs and was able to provide extra days that I needed. I wished I had stayed longer. The place is amazing. I definitely would stay there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★I visited Birmingham on a work trip, and Charles's place was perfect for my needs -- close to the airport but very convenient to downtown Birmingham too. Everything is exactly as pictured, and is very clean and comfortable. Communication was easy. I would absolutely stay again.

Positives Clean, convenient location, pet friendly, informative instructions, quick response from manager, convenient parking. NegativesOnly Plastic dishes, limited cookware with broken handle, minimal (2 each) dishwasher and laundrey pods, one trash bag, all for a 4 night stay with the expectation we launder and run dishwasher before we leave. Bed very hard and uncomfortable, no extra blanket. Bar stools too tall to actually use at the island with no other kitchen seating. Ceiling fan in bedroom cannot be used without flood lights on.

A great spot
We know nothing of Birmingham, so we had to guess at where to stay. This property turned out to be ideal, walking distance for Avondale, which has a great music venue and some fun bars and restaurants. Everything else in the city is just a short drive away. The place is clean, spacious and a very comfortable stay!
