"We had a quick but pleasant stay at Hyatt Place Birmingham/Hoover. The hotel is not as new as the photos suggest, but it was still clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with a nice selection, and the location was convenient for our needs. Overall, a good value for the price. We’d stay again!"

"The stay was nice. Its the 2nd time I have used this hotel. My only issue the lamp on the desk had rust or something on it and the sheets had a funny smell. Overall I will stay again. "

"I use this property when I need a break from home. They do allow pets.(cat) 25 dollar charge. My only complaint was the maid knocked on my door early when I clearly had a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door. I also had a problem this last time with the television not working(cable was down or satellite idk) This is a great little place to stay in if you don’t mind the rooms being older. It’s always clean and smoke free. It’s also nice to be able to enjoy peace and quiet with my cat. "
