It is a basic, clean hotel. We were visiting my mother-in-law at Grandview Hospital and it was very convenient to the hospital. No frills but cheap and clean.

This property is outdated, room door flimsy, hallway light shining in, leaky faucet under sink vanity. Cleanliness was subpar, a women artificial eyelash was left on the desk.
