They were all so pleasant and made our 1st time in Alabama a great memory. Thank you for being so kind. And the popcorn snacks, breakfast & treats were yummy too!! Thank you. And I spoke to Andrew on the phone & he too was so kind. Cannot speak into words how great this staff is - gotta check it out for yourself!! "

"They advertise an indoor pool but….. the windows and doors to the outside were broken letting all the cold air in. Water was murky and it looked like no one had vacuumed the pool in a LONG time! Unusable! And there’s no USB plugs in the room to charge your phone!! Rooms otherwise were fine ( except for a filthy microwave, which I never used.) Breakfast was average but for this older hotel I was surprised there were hot options at all! I’d say pay a little more and go to the Drury Inn next door!"

"People should know before their stay, there will be a $50 charge upon check in for “incidentals”. They say it will be returned to the card used on check in. When we left NOTHING was said of the money being returned. Where’s my money?"
