One of my fave hotels in Bham and the only one I choose to stay in when visiting the city. Main bar accomodating to hotel guests, maybe the new jazz bar could keep tables open for hotel guests as would have loved to have visited but apparently fully booked

Allowed us to check in much earlier than recommended time. Swift and polite room service. All staff incredibly polite and helpful to the point where a more senior member of staff happened to be having debrief by my door and took my case and carried it outside for me. Great stay at The Grand Hotel, perfect location for great food and drinks and a short walk into town. Staff were super friendly and the hotel was very clean and welcoming! The only downside is there is no parking located at the hotel and Netflix wasn’t working on it the tv. However, would definitely visit again!

Lovely spacious room and a very comfortable bed. Beautiful bathroom with Penhaligons toiletries. Nespresso machine and proper milk! Had a drink in Madeline 's bar which had a very relaxed atmosphere with a friendly, efficient service. I would highly recommend The Grand Hotel for a stay in Birmingham. I hope to return sometime.
