"The rooms in this hotel are very nice, modern and extremely clean. All is brand new. Staff is helpful and nice. What i didn't like was the area (rather ugly and i didn't feel very safe there). Also, it was pretty noisy in the rooms as the windows were not soundproof and there is a street on one side and the children's playground on the other side of this hotel. "

"We had such a great stay at Urban! Very central, so not very far to different places by using yandex/taxi. The staff were brilliant and when we arrived exhausted at 9 am to put our bags in storage before the check-in at 2 they actually let us check in early and got us a room! The room was very nice and comfortable (could have been more sockets), and all in all it was a great time."

"Very nice atmosphere and staff is friendly and efficient but lacks some items. There is no tissue paper in the room and only one trash box. No power outlet near the desk (only at bed side). Location is a little bit far from city center."
