I was upset when I arrived to discover that they were trying to surprise me with a $10 "resort fee." I explained that I'd rented the room on Expedia and that the website had clearly indicated that the price I paid had included all taxes and fees (as apparently required by California law). The guy at the desk made me show him my Expedia receipt, and even then tried to keep charging me the extra but finally backed off!! I was also unhappy about the strong cleaning chemicals that left a powerful aroma in the room.

Convenient for a short over-night stay when passing through the eastern Sierras. Very reasonable price and a clean, comfortable room. The staff was exceptionally cordial. The breakfast was adequate, though it does not include hot food. The facility is a bit tired, but for the price it meets expectations.
